Luke slept great again last night. We had a nice relaxing morning with lots of playing and great quality time. This afternoon we changed our room. The room we were in was fine but we knew better existed. Our new room is great. It's much more open and bright. Later in the afternoon we had a great dinner with the five other families from our western New York group. They are the ones I believe I referenced earlier in the blog. They are here adopting children ranging in age from about six to about twelve. What great kids they are and what great families they all make. We all piled in a van and headed to a fun restaurant called Andres D C. The restaurant has four different levels: hell, earth, purgatory, and heaven. We ate in heaven since it is the kid friendly floor. It also has great views from the top floor and is set in a great area of Bogota. The restaurant itself has costumed characters performing little skits at each table and then an area for the kids to make these neat masks. The older kids had a great time. Kenny and I also enjoyed getting out and spending time with everyone. Luke was such a joy. He's such a great, laid back baby. He is just crazy over the other children we were with, and they are just as crazy over him. It's really neat to see all of the children and Luke interact since they all share a common bond. We've attached some great pictures of our afternoon out.
