Our first full day together was great and quite comical at times. Luke slept really well last night, about 8 hours straight. (Just further confirmation he is truly our child). We're pretty good feeding him his bottle now but as the picture shows we're not so good with his cereal yet. We left the apartment for a very short time this afternoon just to start introducing him to the world a bit. It was great to see his reaction and watch him take it all in. He even made his first trip to a great coffee place in our hotel called Cafe Colombia (picture above). His first bath was interesting. We really weren't sure what we were going to bath him in so we picked up this big tupperware bowl and it did the job just fine. He loved it! He is such a good baby and so patient with his not so experienced new mom and dad. So overall, it was just a great day of many firsts with our great little boy!
I love it!! Let the good times roll.. Jess, your life as you knew it....will never be the same! I'm so happy for you both.
